What is Coaching?

Coaching is conversation between you and your coach, with the goal of helping you achieve a more fulfilling life. It’s an on-going collaborative partnership built-on you taking action and the coach holding you accountable. It combines the strength of two people to maximize ideas and results.

How is this accomplished?

  • By helping you verbalize and clarify
  • Providing support as you make changes
  • Challenging you to make bold, new decisions
  • Brainstorming with you
  • Acknowledging and validating you
  • Helping you dig deep to uncover hidden strengths and truths

Coaching is Not:
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychology, consulting
or mentoring. We do not try to fix or heal you.

Change is an inevitable part of life. Many individuals dread change and go to great lengths to avoid it. Sometimes change is bad but it can be good. Usually the outcome of change is determined by our attitude. To never change means your life is stagnant. While embracing change leads to personal growth and new opportunities. My goal in coaching is to provide you the needed tools to make change easier.

My Mission:
My mission as a personal life coach is helping individuals deal with pain. Divorce, job dissatisfaction, lack of money, abuse, low self-esteem and stress often make life unbearable. The goal of coaching varies with each person. Whatever your needs are, I can probably identify with your pain.

One 45 minute session — $45
Three 45 minute sessions — $130
Monthly (four 45 minute sessions) — $170
