What is Coaching?
Coaching is conversation between you and a coach, with the goal of helping you achieve a more fulfilling life. It's an on-going
collaborative partnership built-on you taking action and the coach holding you
accountable. It combines the strength of two people to maximize ideas and
results.
How is this accomplished?
Change is an inevitable part of life. Many individuals dread
change and go to great lengths avoiding it. Sometimes change is bad but
usually the outcome is determined by our attitude. To never change usually
means our life is stagnant. Embracing change leads to personal growth and
new opportunities. My goal in coaching is to provide the needed tools to make
change easier.
My Mission:
My mission as a personal life coach is helping individuals deal with pain. Divorce, job problems, lack of money, abuse, low self-esteem and stress often make life unbearable. The goal of coaching varies with each person. Whatever your needs are, I can probably identify with your pain.
